Noah has served as lead counsel or co-counsel in over 100 major human rights cases involving access to education, freedom of expression, health and welfare benefits, the rights of the children and indigenous people, right of immigrants and refugees and complex individual cases involving constitutional issues.
He has won several cases at the ECOWAS Court of Justice and at various national courts.
He is a fellow of several institutions
